6 hours down 56 to go

I finished my first set of classes today! These were my first internet courses and I have been kinda worried. Especially about my final which is a 1500 word expository essay. Thanks to my wonderful sister in law Amanda I think I nailed it! She and I must have sent to paper back and forth 50 times lol. So I just finished English 101 and Gen 105. Tomorrow I start English 102 and Computer Information Systems.

Hope everyone had a good valentines! I did casey bought me roses, candy and a stuffed ladybug. He took me out for steak. Then we went bowling and then everyone came to our house to play guitar hero. It was fun!

Lexi has been sleeping in her own room for 2 weeks now. Last night she didnt cry at all. Shes being such a big girl! Its hard to believe shes almost 17 months!

Enjoying the changes

So the new year has brought so many new things. I mean this all started mid december but its really struck since the beginning of the year. Casey got his new job which gives us extra opportunities and more money. We joined the gym which has given us something to do, it helps us feel better and has made us happier. It is also a time to get together with friends since they go with us. We are joining a bowling league to spend time with some other friends and with each other (and lexi of course, she loves bowling!). Our roommate moved out. Its given us sooo much more space. Lexi has her own room now. All her toys are in there. We got our income tax, we put alot of it in savings and casey and I split the rest. I bought me a new laptop for school. And the software Ive been needing for school. It has made my classes sooooo much easier. I only have a week left before these classes end and new ones begin. I also bought several things to organize and decorate my house. Things feel so new, active, and awesome. I like how the year has started hope it continues this way.

So Excited

In order to explain why I am excited, I have to give a short history lesson. Casey proposed to me on February 15, 2005. He bought me a gorgeous little engagement ring. Mid 2006 I lost it!!! I was soooo upset. We tore the house apart looking for it, to no avail. So since our wedding in Nov 2007 Ive only been wearing the wedding band. Well we helped my grandmother move all her stuff to a storage unit last weekend. After moving my grandfathers bed my mother found my engagement ring!!!!!!!!! She just gave it back to me this morning. I am so excited. I started crying, I missed it soooo bad! YAY!!

Just Starting

Okay so my sister-in-law like twisted my arm and told me if I didnt do this she would break it!!!! LOL. I'm just kidding, although it does kinda sound like her ;) love you amanda. Alright. There is alot going on and not alot going on all at the same time. Im still in school. Its still my first nine weeks. My husband just started a new job. We are really excited about the raise. We both joined a gym and go quite often. I think its really good for Lexi. She gets the daycare experience a little at a time. Learning to be away from mommy. Took her to the doctor today. It was a wellness checkup. Everything looks really good. Shes 29.5 inches. Still a short stuff. Shes still right at 20 lbs. Alrighty thats about it. Now back to cleaning. (Yeah Right)
